We offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-designed pieces and engraved items are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
Do you provide appraisals for insurance purposes?
Yes, every purchase over $500 includes a complimentary certified appraisal document. For heirloom pieces or items purchased elsewhere, we offer professional appraisal services by our on-staff GIA-certified gemologists.
How should I care for and clean my fine jewelry?
We recommend bringing your jewelry in every six months for a complimentary professional cleaning and inspection. At home, you can use mild dish soap and warm water with a soft-bristle brush for most gemstones, excluding pearls and opals.
What shipping methods do you offer and is it insured?
We provide free FedEx Priority Overnight shipping on all domestic orders. For your security, all shipments are fully insured and require an adult signature upon delivery.
